Refunds and Returns

At The Southern Teach, all resources are delivered electronically. Because digital files such as PDFs and PowerPoint slideshows cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales of digital resources are final and nonrefundable.

However, we do offer limited exceptions to our refund policy in the following cases:

  • Compromised File: The resource file is damaged or missing content.
  • Misrepresentation: The product does not match its description or preview.
  • Download Status: If a resource has not been downloaded after purchase (subject to review and verification).
  • Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same resource more than once.

All refund requests are subject to review by The Southern Teach team and must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.

Exchanges

At The Southern Teach, we strive to provide high-quality resources that meet your classroom needs. However, we understand that sometimes a different resource may be a better fit.

We gladly accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The original resource has not been downloaded.
  • The new resource requested is of equal value to the original purchase.
  • The exchange request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

To request an exchange, please contact us with your order details and the resource you’d like to exchange it for. Once we verify that the original resource has not been downloaded, we’ll process the exchange as quickly as possible.
