Celebrations and Customs Research Project – Project-Based Learning Activity

Looking for an engaging way for upper elementary students to research customs and celebrations around the world? Use this research project to have students research celebrations AND compare it to their own customs, celebrations, and traditions at home.

This research project can be used after a major celebrations unit, project-based learning, or just for fun!

Students will research 3 customs and celebrations of their choice and answer the guiding questions. They will create and present their findings using a method of their choice such as a PowerPoint slideshow, poster, etc.
